1. The "Scent Satisfaction" Guarantee
We understand that buying perfume online can be tricky. To help you find your perfect match:
- Sample First: We strongly recommend purchasing our 2ml/5ml sample vials before committing to a full-sized bottle.
- Returns on Full Sizes: If you purchase a full-sized bottle (50ml+) and aren't in love with the scent, you may return it within 14 days of delivery, provided it meets the conditions below.
2. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:
- Usage: The bottle must be at least 95% full. We allow a few sprays for testing, but heavily used bottles cannot be returned.
- Packaging: The item must be in its original packaging (box and protective inserts).
- Proof of Purchase: A receipt or order number is required.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sample vials (2ml, 5ml, 10ml sizes).
- Discovery Sets.
- Items purchased during "Final Sale" or "Clearance" events.
- Gift cards.
3. The Return Process
- Initiate: Email our support team at info@inspiredperfume.uk with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Approval: Once approved, we will provide you with the return shipping address.
- Shipping: Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
4. Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable.
5. Damaged or Faulty Items
If your bottle arrives broken, leaking, or with a defective sprayer, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
- Include a photo of the damaged item and the packaging.
- We will send a replacement immediately at no extra cost to you.
